Some bathrooms just wear out. The tub surround gets stained and yellowed no matter how much you scrub it. The floor looks dingy. The whole space starts to feel like a chore to be in. That's exactly the kind of bathroom we were dealing with here - worn-out surfaces, old flooring, and hardware that had seen better days.

We swapped out the old tub surround unit for a clean, bright replacement that completely changed the look of the space. A new trim kit finished everything off properly - no mismatched hardware, no leftover gaps from the old setup. It's the kind of detail that separates a rough fix from a finished job.

The flooring was another big piece of this. The old tile was cracked and dated, and it made the whole bathroom feel smaller than it actually is. The new flooring we put down is light in color and runs clean to the edges, which opens the room up noticeably. It's a simple change that has a big impact.

What we ended up with is a bathroom that looks and functions like a different room entirely. Fresh, clean, and put together. No gutting the whole thing - just the right updates in the right places. That's the kind of work we do at Square One Home Improvement and Repairs.
