"Gavin at Square one installed a new security door for us. He did a very thorough job and made sure to address all of my concerns. Later, when we had new appliances delivered, the appliance delivery men took off the newly installed security door - to make it through the door - and then reinstalled it crooked! We called Gavin to see what his advice would be, and he came back out to our house on his own and re-leveled it gratis. We will absolutely be using Square one in the future for any door repairs or general home improvement work. Really great workmanship and customer service that is definitely hard to come by these days! Great workmanship and great business ethics!"
